Furthermore we are not responsible and can not be hold liable for any damages whatsoever, loss or unhappiness suffered in connection with the use of this website. Though we try our best to make the best travel inspiration website, we do not warrent that it or the server are error free or free of viruses and bugs. If you do find something on the website out of date, wrong or otherwise misleading please contact us.

Any submitted material is warranted by the contributor that it is his/her own original work and that he/she has the right to make it available to Globe Spots.

We try to use the most inspirational travel pictures available. Most are made by our contributors, while others come from the web under what we believe is a suitable Creative Commons license, e.g. from Flickr. We always credit the owner with their name under the pictures and add a link to their website if possible. If one of your picture is on the Globe Spots and you for some reason find it misused, under wrong license, or you simply don't want it here, please email us and we will remove it.
